Our Field Service and Repairs incorporates both the Mechanical and Electrical Division.

Technicians who are highly skilled and trained in their field of expertise are able to overcome virtually any mechanical or electrical problem. They are able to establish, diagnose, and advise clients as to what repairs need to be addressed, and how to proceed.

Older CNC and manual machines that can be retrofitted with the latest Siemens control systems or control of your choice with new drives, ball screws and servo motors.

In many cases, mechanical enhancements can be utilized that were not available when the machine was originally manufactured. ACI has experience in most of the major CNC control systems on the market.

Rebuilding of machines entails restoring the machine to its original machine manufactures specification. The machine is literally stripped down into parts, where all parts will be inspected individually. Worn parts will be replaced or repaired slideways are regrinding and hand-scraped to the ISO 

Standard Machines are then assembled, mechanically and electrically, to the manufactures standard and tested in our workshop under the client's supervision.
